[vc_row color_scheme="white"][vc_column][vc_column_text]Virtual Tours using photography have been used by some of the largest Real Estate agencies around the planet.
They are designed to encourage buyers to look around a place; to get a feel for the interior of a home, and what the spaces outside look like.
Photographs tell a story, but a virtual tour allows people to engage - try opening these on your cell phone or tablet.

  • A Virtual Tour will allow you to show so many more potential buyers around a home; they can see more than just photographs, but get a sense of the space, of movement through a home.
  • Buyers from further away are able to see a place and get a more informed idea of whether they would like to purchase the property.
  • This will provide sellers knowledge that prospective buyers coming to see their homes are have much more interest because they have already experienced the home with a virtual walk through.

Virtual Tours are as effective for  penthouse apartments (above) and for studio apartments (below).

Shooting a virtual tour

A virtual tour with 8 to 10 scenes can be shot in about an hour.
It can be processed and available online within 72 hours from the day of the shoot.

Potential buyers have the chance to see new homes listed very quickly.
With the analytics available, you can track visits to the tours, see where these people have come to view the tour.

Some more reading

More and more potential home buyers are using using websites to aid their search, and feedback from a 2017 survey  “Real Estate in a Digital Age,” by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) the found that of respondents who used the internet in their search, started that 89% of those surveyed found good photographs to be very useful and 50% found virtual tours to be very useful.

“Of course, you can still sell your home without a virtual tour, but more and more consumers are not even visiting listings that do not have a virtual tour available,” Brenda Di Bari, a Manhattan-based real estate broker at  Halstead Realty, says.
